This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for client interactions and support.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Facilitate onboarding, account management, and continual client success initiatives.
• Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Keep precise client records, workflows, and project updates across company platforms.
• Provide assistance with outreach, scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as necessary.
• Employ automation and workflow tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Rapidly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and emerging technologies.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance client experience and internal processes.
• Prior experience in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, or other similar client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to swiftly learn new tools and platforms.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Capable of working independently while fostering effective collaboration within a team.
