This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Connect and engage with potential clients from incoming leads
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
• Guide clients through the necessary sales stages
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial discovery to final closure
• Implement a customer-focused approach in all interactions
• Conduct research on clients and remain informed about industry trends
• Collaborate with the team to address incoming client inquiries
• Take part in one-on-one sales training and complete a tailored training program
• Mentor new team members and contribute to the overall success of the team
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (e.g., Account Executive, Inside Sales)
• Experience and education in software or technology-related sales are advantageous
• Be responsive to client needs during business hours
• Client-focused and adept at identifying clients’ challenges through value-based selling
• Possess a “will-to-win” attitude; motivated to surpass quotas
• Embrace a “learn-it-all” mindset; consistently seeking growth and feedback
• Capable of effective collaboration with team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of clients
• Work remotely
