Client SaaS Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as the primary point of contact both internally and externally for the strategic planning of Onboarding, client relationships, and the identification of client needs for all Businessolver service offerings.

• Facilitates discovery sessions that yield comprehensive business requirements for clients.

• Functions as the subject matter expert for both clients and Businessolver concerning our delivery model and the application of those requirements to new project implementations as well as ongoing support and delivery.

• Evaluates and mitigates risks associated with the scope of project discovery.

• Clearly communicates project expectations and updates to clients, team members, and the executive team in a timely and effective manner during the discovery phase.

• Actively engages in business development efforts to enhance revenue opportunities.

• Requires a demonstrated initiative and drive within a fast-paced environment.

• May undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in benefit administration SaaS implementation.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration or Consulting, Client Onboarding or IT consulting, or benefits administration is advantageous.

• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work within tight delivery timelines.

• Proficiency with all MS Office applications, including Access, Project, and Visio.

• Proven experience in leading multiple strategic and complex projects with successful outcomes (scope, schedule, and budget) simultaneously.

• Experience in defining and documenting processes while promoting continuous improvement through process measurements and metrics.
