Client Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, send emails, and communicate via messages to prospective clients.

• Provide prompt responses to incoming inquiries and assist clients with their initial questions.

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives.

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with suitable team members.

• Document interactions and keep precise records in our CRM system.

• A confident and friendly communicator who excels in a client-facing role.

• Well-organized and comfortable working in a remote setting.

• A people-oriented approach with excellent listening and follow-up capabilities.

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing role is advantageous.
