Client Relationship Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Promote the company's services by visiting client locations;

• Assist merchants with verification and activation procedures;

• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance;

• Offer in-person support and consultations for current customers;

• Participate in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities;

• Ensure new merchants within the assigned portfolio complete their registration;

• Help existing merchants maintain active usage;

• Address issues by opening cases for problems outside their resolution capabilities;

• Present product features and advantages to clients in an engaging manner;

• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in business development within a dynamic environment, preferably in a financial services institution, or related to the retail / hospitality (Horeca) sectors;

• Knowledge of financial products and services, including their features and benefits;

• Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;

• Exceptional negotiation skills;

• Strong organizational abilities and diary management skills;

• Resilience and capacity to manage objections effectively;

• Capability to engage with a diverse client base;

• Proficient in computer skills and possess a tech-savvy mindset;

• Fluent in English.
