Client Relationship Manager, Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• **Client Ownership:** Act as the main point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio, managing relationships through email, Zoom, and phone communications.

• **Advisory & Analysis:** Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to assess financial statements and offer strategic insights that foster business growth.

• **Accounting & Review:** Supervise general ledger activities, prepare financial statements, and perform extensive account reconciliations to ensure technical precision.

• **Tax Integration:** Streamline the tax compliance process by preparing returns and delivering accurate financials to the tax department.

• **Workflow Management:** Evaluate transactional work and ensure that all monthly accounting activities are completed on time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a CPA firm is required.

• CPA certification or actively pursuing it is preferred.

• Must possess expert-level skills in QuickBooks Online; experience with UltraTax is advantageous.

• Strong hands-on skills in tax planning and preparation are essential.

• You are a problem-solver who enjoys a client-facing role and excels in a self-motivated, remote work environment.

• Previous experience with dental or healthcare clients is preferred.
