Client Relationship Manager – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison for designated client partners during key interactions.

• Facilitate on-demand meetings (either in-person in the Parsippany/NJ area or through video conferencing) to assess project health and client satisfaction.

• Actively engage with clients to understand their pain points, evolving needs, and strategic objectives.

• Ensure that clients feel appreciated, respected, and prioritized, fostering loyalty in long-term partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development.

• Must reside in or near Parsippany, NJ, with the ability to travel locally for occasional face-to-face client meetings.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated history of discerning underlying client needs through active listening.

• High level of comfort with a flexible, on-demand schedule that adjusts to client requirements and project milestones.
