Client Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide exemplary service and oversight of customer accounts with a strong emphasis on professionalism.

• Retain existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the designated territory.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Facilitate communication across all departments of TriCore regarding customer service matters.

• Offer continuous service and problem-solving support to the customer base.

• Foster and uphold a positive reputation of the laboratory within the local community.

• Conduct customer training sessions as required.

• Establish, develop, monitor, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

• Oversee and ensure that customer accounts are set up correctly.

• Assist in customer-related billing initiatives to ensure accuracy and currency.

• Document and resolve customer issues, support new client account monitoring, and identify and address service-related challenges.

• Prepare and submit proposals for new accounts in accordance with pricing policies and review procedures.

• Manage requirements outlined in the Laboratory Service Agreement contracts.

• Utilize a high level of independent judgment when addressing problems and assisting customers.

• Handle customer concerns with the aim of enhancing satisfaction.

• Provide training to customers regarding problem trends, completing requisitions, contacting TriCore, reading reports and invoices, connectivity solutions, and courier services for sponsor clients.

• Attend, participate in, and/or lead meetings as requested by TriCore.

• Contribute to the development of marketing tools as necessary.

• Install and troubleshoot TriCore Portal, TriCore Direct, and printers.

• Verify client centrifuges following established procedures.

• Distribute information to customers and employees as appropriate.

• Maintain records in Sales Force.

• Provide feedback to Marketing, Tech Support, and TriCore Operations to aid in the creation of effective and professional sales and training materials for capabilities and services.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree (or equivalent industrial experience) in a related field.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five (5) years.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 75% of the time).

• Must work in the field at least four days per week.

• A passing grade on the alphanumeric typing test (4000-5,999 keystrokes).
