This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic client relationships, guaranteeing a smooth and consistent experience across sales, service, and operations.
• Act as the primary contact for client requirements, including managing escalations, resolving issues, and providing ongoing relationship support.
• Represent the client's voice internally, ensuring alignment with client needs, expectations, and changing priorities.
• Work collaboratively across departments to eliminate obstacles, enhance processes, and elevate the overall service model.
• Foster a proactive, solutions-focused approach to relationship management, transitioning from transactional interactions to long-term strategic partnerships.
• Identify trends within client relationships to guide broader business improvements, service enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Create, document, and implement action plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to fulfill commitments and improve the client experience.
• Lead discussions on strategic partnerships to evaluate relationship health, pinpoint areas for improvement, and align on mutual goals.
• Encourage proactive engagement to drive the adoption of solutions that enhance products and services.
• Establish and uphold structured engagement models, including regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• 5-7 years of experience managing client relationships in the retirement industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with 401k plans and/or 403b, 457 plans, along with a basic understanding of the complete range of retirement products and services.
• QPA, QKA certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• High degree of accountability and ownership for assigned relationships.
• Proficiency in technology and adaptability to learn and work with multiple systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and ensure project completion by deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating and conducting client meetings both in person and virtually.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and counterparts at other firms.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Capability to perform well under the pressure of time constraints, fluctuations in workflow volume, and inquiries from associates.
