This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Address incoming client service inquiries for accounts ranging from small to large.
β’ Manage the processing of endorsements.
β’ Issue new business policies.
β’ Respond to client inquiries regarding their coverage.
β’ Re-market accounts as necessary.
β’ Possession of a current State Insurance License, as mandated by the State Department of Insurance for providing necessary client services in the states where the firm operates, or a willingness and readiness to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
β’ Ability to learn the relevant insurance company and firm software programs.
β’ Capable of typing at least 55 words per minute.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrates initiative as a proactive and determined professional.
β’ Maintains accuracy and attention to detail while fulfilling job responsibilities.
β’ Exhibits the firm's behavioral principles, showcasing conduct that aligns with the corporate culture.
