This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address incoming client service inquiries for accounts ranging from small to large.

• Manage the processing of endorsements.

• Issue new business policies.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding their coverage.

• Re-market accounts as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a current State Insurance License, as mandated by the State Department of Insurance for providing necessary client services in the states where the firm operates, or a willingness and readiness to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to learn the relevant insurance company and firm software programs.

• Capable of typing at least 55 words per minute.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrates initiative as a proactive and determined professional.

• Maintains accuracy and attention to detail while fulfilling job responsibilities.

• Exhibits the firm's behavioral principles, showcasing conduct that aligns with the corporate culture.
