This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Foster relationships through effective, timely, and compassionate communication.
• Onboard new clients by discussing their objectives and addressing inquiries.
• Facilitate project initiation by gathering and organizing client materials.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.
• Review research outcomes from the client’s viewpoint.
• Address concerns and guide clients through unforeseen results.
• Assist with client reorders by recommending subsequent steps.
• Track client satisfaction metrics and maintain internal communication records.
• Proactively resolve issues using a solid understanding of workflows.
• Warm and professional communicator via phone, email, and text.
• Proficient in building trust with clients.
• Naturally empathetic and enjoys assisting others.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities with grace.
• Comfortable enhancing internal processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive) and Google Docs Editors.
• Experience with genealogy software (RootsMagic) is preferred.
• Must have a quiet workspace, reliable computer, dual monitors, and robust internet access.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Personal or professional experience in genealogical research is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing positions is essential.
