This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address incoming client service inquiries for accounts ranging from small to large.

• Handle endorsements efficiently.

• Issue new business policies.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage options.

• Remarket accounts as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Current State Insurance License as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to provide necessary client services in states where the firm operates, or be willing and able to secure all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to master the relevant insurance company and firm software programs.

• Capable of typing at least 55 words per minute.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrate initiative by contributing as a proactive and dedicated professional.

• Maintain accuracy and thoroughness when fulfilling job responsibilities.

• Exhibit behaviors that align with the firm’s behavioral tenets and corporate culture.
