This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bahamas.
• Managing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding customer support
• Addressing emails and phone communications
• Resolving client-related issues
• Assisting with travel arrangements and reservations
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborating closely with the finance team to process payments and oversee invoices
• Skills in Client Services and Customer Support
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Fundamental knowledge of Finance and associated processes
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage various client interactions concurrently
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
• Experience in the travel or hospitality sector is advantageous
