Client Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation process of new client programs from project initiation to go-live.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, risks, and project status effectively.

• Act as the main point of contact with client stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.

• Collect, document, and validate both business and operational requirements.

• Evaluate the alignment between client needs and system and operational capabilities.

• Identify discrepancies and convert them into actionable workstreams.

• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management teams.

• Facilitate onboarding processes with sponsor banks, networks, and fulfillment vendors.

• Oversee program configuration, workflow validation, and readiness activities for operations.

• Ensure that all documentation, approvals, and readiness criteria are complete prior to go-live.

• Assist in the transition from implementation to ongoing operations.

• Keep project documentation organized for transparency and future reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 4–8 years of experience in project management, client implementation, operations, or a related field.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Experience in payments, card programs, financial services, banking, or FinTech is highly desirable.

• Ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, leaders, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in eliciting, analyzing, challenging, and validating business, operational, and technical requirements.

• Capable of translating business and operational needs into actionable implementation plans.

• Skilled in managing multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive risk management abilities.

• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to maintain composure under pressure.
