Client Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create detailed project plans that encompass schedules, resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk evaluations.

• Actively identify and address potential obstacles that may affect project progression.

• Establish and manage project scope, ensuring that all outputs align with organizational goals.

• Effectively allocate and oversee project resources, including human, financial, and material assets, to enhance performance and meet deadlines.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders by communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and challenges, applying suitable corrective measures when necessary.

• Prepare and present thorough project status reports, ensuring precise documentation that includes project plans, meeting notes, project artifacts, and approvals.

• Inspire and guide project teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient working atmosphere.

• Enforce quality control protocols to ensure that projects adhere to established quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).

• Experience in project management within the healthcare or health insurance sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is preferred.
