This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-person, telephonic, and video training, support, and sales presentations for both internal and external clients.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for CareIQ services, customer support, and client implementations.

• Convey standard product and service-level specifications to clients while understanding their needs for tailored customer handling.

• Ensure that both standardized and client-specific service-level requirements are assessed and can be operationalized.

• Collaborate with CareIQ product and operations teams to effectively gather and implement customer requirements.

• Provide service-level insights data to clients and field account managers.

• Work alongside all CareIQ Product departments to ensure cohesive operational product synergy.

• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly.

• Stay informed about jurisdictional regulations related to ancillary care and ensure client service setups comply accordingly.

• Take ownership of delivering a successful customer experience with CareIQ services.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer/account management, demonstrating a successful track record with high-level accounts is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to build trust and establish strong cross-functional relationships within an organization.

• Demonstrated skills in prioritizing, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.

• A sense of urgency and the capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of jurisdictional regulations related to ancillary care.
