This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline and book of business from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Navigate the complete sales cycle through proactive outreach, discovery sessions, solution selling, and negotiation.
• Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance existing client relationships.
• Forge enduring partnerships with restaurant owners, operators, and managers.
• Leverage creativity and persistence to address objections and customize solutions.
• Regularly surpass monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or have at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
• Exhibit a go-getter attitude: you are resourceful, resilient, and driven to achieve success.
• Prior experience with restaurant technology (such as reservations, waitlist, or front-of-house systems) is advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a high level of comfort when selling over the phone.
• Employ a creative mindset for problem-solving and value-based selling.
• Proven capability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• Embrace a team-oriented approach while maintaining a competitive spirit.
