This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Design and develop educational content and materials to fulfill learning objectives.
• Manage comprehensive design projects, which include both eLearning and Instructor-led training content.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to perform needs assessments and create effective learning solutions.
• Produce and update various learning materials, including eLearning courses, Facilitator Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and more.
• Assess content and learner experiences to lead enhancements and improvements.
• Conduct meetings and training sessions.
• Regularly observe customer interactions and training processes.
• Contribute to the development of Learning Assessments aimed at measuring understanding, knowledge retention, and practical application.
• Remain informed about business developments and new strategies to proactively assess future actions for the Learning & Development function.
• Gather and track data related to Learning Programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and/or facilitating adult learning programs.
• Familiarity with Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory.
• Ability to manage comprehensive design projects utilizing the ADDIE model.
• Enthusiasm for creating interactive learning programs through a variety of methods and media.
• Background in Contact Centers, Customer Service, and/or high-volume Operations.
• Expertise in the Articulate Suite and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
