This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions and achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to provide integrated solutions and guarantee client success.
• Remain updated on trends in the CPG sector to establish Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Utilize Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client interactions and solution implementation.
• Achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
• Over 3 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), market research, category management, revenue growth management, client insights, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with syndicated market measurement and consumer data sources, including point-of-sale (POS), Consumer Panel, and other pertinent datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to synthesize large and intricate datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering data-driven analyses that influence commercial decision-making and enhance client outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create executive-ready analyses, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills, with experience in communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client business challenges into analytical strategies and solution-oriented recommendations.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with the capability to collaborate effectively across client and internal stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of CPG industry dynamics, including category management, channel strategy, shopper behavior, pricing, promotion, assortment, and distribution concepts.
• Experience in identifying business opportunities, uncovering growth drivers, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
