Client Manager – Premier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for managing client accounts (100-1999 lives).

• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, growth, and profitability objectives are met.

• Develop strong relationships with clients as well as brokers and consultants.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to secure support for the account management strategy.

• Strategically oversee the client lifecycle to provide optimal solutions for their benefit needs.

• Meet annual financial growth targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA or BS degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, with a preference for group insurance experience.

• Proven success in engaging with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients.

• Capability to analyze data effectively to inform and implement renewal decisions.

• Proficient in essential technology tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce.

• Must obtain necessary industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it by fulfilling Continuing Education requirements.
