This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Spearhead the growth of new business for TikTok by recognizing client goals and formulating strategic advertising solutions to meet their requirements.
• Establish, manage, and enhance relationships with Big6 agency groups, direct advertisers, and executive stakeholders across social, video, mobile, and digital teams.
• Conduct sophisticated, consultative sales discussions and proposals, utilizing market insights, data, and platform expertise.
• Collaborate with Aleph’s internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to long-term partnership status.
• Develop persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and case studies that generate enthusiasm and yield measurable business results.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and consistently report on performance metrics.
• Work cross-functionally to implement operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.
• Be an exceptional public speaker and platform advocate — inspiring clients with engaging narratives about TikTok’s potential.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
• Established relationships with decision-makers in the local market — particularly within Big6 agencies and key advertisers.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, social media, mobile advertising, and ideally, experience with self-serve, auction, and biddable ad buying platforms.
• Proven success in increasing investments from agencies and direct advertisers.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities — with a knack for storytelling and public speaking.
• Capability to convert data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
• Energetic, creative, and goal-driven mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
