This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a senior strategic collaborator for major clinical and medical accounts throughout the UK and EU.
• Establish and cultivate robust, enduring relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
• Foster organic growth within current client portfolios while also driving new business opportunities.
• Recognize client requirements and align them with Reverba’s offerings, solutions, and delivery frameworks.
• Spearhead strategic planning discussions related to medical product strategy, clinical priorities, and R&D pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, Operations, Scientific Experts, and Program Management to provide high-quality solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, scopes of work, strategic recommendations, and communications with clients.
• Oversee account health, delivery milestones, financial forecasting, risks, and overall client satisfaction.
• Serve as a senior point of escalation for client issues and adeptly navigate complex business challenges with assurance and care.
• Represent Reverba in high-level client meetings, planning sessions, and discussions focused on growth.
• Capability to forge strong, lasting relationships with pharmaceutical clients in the EU/UK regions.
• Experience in the medical communications sector, with a solid understanding of Medical Affairs and Clinical client environments.
• Demonstrated ability to expand existing client portfolios through organic growth while also contributing to new business initiatives.
• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, or a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in a senior client-facing role within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare communications, or medical consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of Medical Affairs, HCP engagement, clinical development, and medical communications.
• Experience in strategic account management, client growth, and complex stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial insight, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consulting capabilities, including the ability to convert complex scientific ideas into strategic recommendations.
• Experience in a remote, matrixed, and cross-functional working environment.
• Confidence in engaging senior-level stakeholders and leading strategic discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and privacy considerations in both local and global markets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, financial reporting tools, and presentation software.
