This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary post-sale contact for key client stakeholders, managing the relationship from the initial kickoff to successful adoption.
• Handle multiple client engagements at once, prioritizing effectively across accounts while maintaining quality and momentum.
• Facilitate client calls, executive meetings, and kickoff sessions—setting the agenda, guiding decisions, and ensuring ongoing progress.
• Advocate for the client perspective within the organization—translating feedback into actionable product insights and collaborating with Titan's product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and promote continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with Titan's Forward Deployed Engineers as the strategic client lead throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Identify and investigate potential high-value use cases and expansion opportunities in partnership with senior client stakeholders.
• Conduct enablement sessions with users and key stakeholders to foster the AI literacy and advocacy necessary for sustainable adoption.
• Oversee platform onboarding, implementation milestones, and project priorities—monitoring progress, highlighting risks, and ensuring engagements stay on track.
• Create and maintain project plans, status updates, and escalation protocols for client stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from start to finish.
• Strong executive presence—confident in leading executive meetings, navigating organizational dynamics, and representing Titan at the leadership level.
• Experience in product or program management; capable of thinking in terms of milestones, responsibilities, and outcomes.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
• Demonstrates high agency and a strong sense of ownership—recognizing what needs to be done and taking initiative without needing direction.
• Background in banking or fintech is a plus.
