β’ Spearhead Strategic Prospecting and Deal Closure - Cultivate and maintain vital executive & C-suite/L2 relationships to comprehend and anticipate all potential requirements that IRM could address.
β’ Oversee the entire sales cycle, including shared responsibility for contract negotiations, necessary documentation, and team collaboration to finalize deals and secure revenue.
β’ Tailor and Address Complex Client Needs - Facilitate discovery sessions and initial meetings, steering a pertinent and unique solution approach that aligns customer requirements with IRM's offerings.
β’ Direct Account Management and Strategy - Take ownership of the overall account strategy, establishing the vision, identifying growth opportunities, assessing the competitive landscape, and mapping stakeholders.
β’ In-depth understanding of market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry products & services.
β’ Demonstrated ability to function with an Enterprise mindset, showcasing persuasive, persistent, and adaptable behavioral skills.
β’ Background in digital transformation.
β’ Capability to propose solutions and leverage insights, tools & data to forecast and prioritize sales initiatives.
