This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of strategic, executive-level client relationships for a specific portfolio of accounts.
• Develop integrated multi-channel strategies aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate client interactions that transform insights into actionable decisions.
• Analyze briefs, provide competitive and scenario insights, and manage cross-functional trade-offs.
• Simplify complex platform, competitive, and Bliss Point App insights into understandable narratives.
• Advocate for product- and measurement-driven methodologies.
• Enhance operational standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Cultivate strong, transparent relationships with director and VP-level stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and KPIs to provide strategic insights.
• Link investment and testing suggestions to quantifiable outcomes.
• 7-10 years of experience in Client Partner roles, demonstrating a successful track record in executing effective campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead executive relationships and set expectations; skilled in navigating complex alignments and change leadership.
• Proficient in cross-channel strategies (Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative) with robust measurement capabilities (forecasting, KPI trees, MMM/incrementality knowledge).
• In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms and their interoperability.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.
• Proven ability to analyze data and leverage analytics tools to inform marketing strategies.
• Advanced skills in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both external and internal teams.
