This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle from quote to cash, identifying account requests and coordinating with the internal support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review, manage, and maintain the pipeline and forecast with designated Client Directors. Schedule regular meetings to discuss opportunities that need to be added or updated in Salesforce.
• Work autonomously with assigned customers to resolve questions and issues, providing timely solutions while collaborating with internal and external support teams.
• Assist Client Directors in structuring deals and preparing customer pricing and proposals for assigned accounts based on parameters established by the Client Directors.
• Collaborate with Client Directors to cultivate and maintain vendor relationships to enhance communication, secure increased discounts, and expedite registration and special pricing requests.
• Accept all customer orders and ensure that all bookable documents are complete and accurate before processing.
• Organize monthly meetings with accounts receivable to review aging invoice reports and past due invoices for assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain Client Profiles for assigned accounts, keeping records of past quotes to strategically provide current quotes and proposals.
• Deliver additional value-added services to assigned accounts as needed (e.g., SLA, PPT, presentations, order history, etc.) while possessing a clear understanding of the client’s internal structure and processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3 years of Sales Support experience is preferred, particularly in the Technology sector.
• Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to understand and analyze client needs and connect them to company offerings.
• Independent self-starter who is an effective team player with creative problem-solving skills to help the organization meet its earnings goals.
• Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate needs clearly.
• Capable of quickly establishing rapport with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of internal and external clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient time management abilities.
• Adaptable, with the capacity to react to various situations.
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.

• Understanding of general business principles.
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to easily calculate margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
