This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, encompassing opportunity evaluation, business case formulation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement.
• Convert business requirements into scalable AI-integrated workflows featuring clear KPIs, ROI frameworks, success indicators, and operational benchmarks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and operations teams to reengineer processes, minimize manual interventions, and enhance customer and business results.
• Implement governance for model efficacy, compliance, responsible AI practices, and workflow quality to guarantee the dependable and ethical application of AI solutions.
• Promote stakeholder alignment, adoption, training, and change management while cultivating a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous enhancement.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in business process management, operations, product, AI, automation, or digital transformation roles within a private, public, government, or military setting OR a High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of experience in similar roles within those environments.
• Strong grasp of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, machine learning, RPA, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, UiPath, Power Automate, or comparable technologies.
• Proven ability to convert business needs into technical specifications, process diagrams, and scalable operational frameworks.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent approaches.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience in leading AI transformation projects in enterprise, software, or complex operational settings.
• Background in knowledge management, technical writing, business or support operations, and training development.
• Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar process improvement certification.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and familiarity with data pipelines.
• Understanding of AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI principles.
