This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate the approval process for high-volume social content, managing feedback, revisions, deadlines, and final approvals among Storm and client stakeholders.
• Prepare for regular meetings, document decisions and actions, and ensure that follow-ups are completed effectively.
• Oversee smaller social campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, ownership, dependencies, approvals, assets, and potential risks.
• Organize and maintain client files, episode deliveries, social account access, permissions, and related operational processes.
• Keep shared trackers, calendars, and documentation updated so that priorities, deadlines, blockers, and responsibilities remain transparent.
• Proactively seek inputs, highlight risks early, appropriately escalate blockers, and ensure continuous progress across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure that operational processes, templates, contacts, and handover information are up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager, strategy leads, production teams, and both client and agency stakeholders.
• Assist with social operations for a prominent US entertainment client.
• Utilize contemporary productivity tools and AI-assisted technologies to prepare, organize, verify, and follow through on tasks.
• Proven experience in supporting client operations, social content workflows, project delivery, account teams, or in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills across various workstreams, deadlines, approval processes, versions, and dependencies.
• Demonstrated ownership and a proactive attitude towards keeping projects on track.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Capability to distill scattered feedback or vague requests into clear actions, designated owners, and decisions.
• Experience in preparing for recurring meetings, generating effective recaps, and ensuring action items are completed.
• Confidence in coordinating high-volume approval workflows that involve internal teams, senior stakeholders, legal review, or multiple rounds of revisions.
• Practical knowledge of file management and project management systems such as Box, Monday.com, Airtable, spreadsheets, or similar tools.
• Sound judgment regarding when to follow up, challenge, escalate, and recognize decisions that may be beyond your authority.
• Composed and reliable demeanor when facing late, unclear, blocked, or rapidly changing work situations.
• Proficient in using modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted technologies when applicable.
• Good judgment when reviewing AI-generated outputs and managing confidential information.
• Availability to work approximately 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions or through a visa.
• Salary up to CAD 65,000 per year.
