• Assist our clients based in the US primarily through chat, with occasional support via email and voice calls.
• Aid new clients in getting started and using the platform with confidence.
• Identify trends in client inquiries to help enhance our documentation, onboarding process, and product offerings.
• Analyze usage data and support metrics, providing insights to our team.
• Collaborate closely with our Management and engineering teams to highlight ideas, bugs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and sustain knowledge resources to ensure continuous improvement in experiences for both our team and clients.
• Exceptional written English and a comfort level to engage in calls when required.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and basic data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, simple reporting).
• Clear and patient communication skills coupled with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and the capability to resolve issues independently.
• A mindset geared towards learning and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in roles that necessitate analytical thinking, analysis, or teaching.
• Preferred: Experience in teaching, tutoring, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, US real estate, or property data.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards, reports, training materials, or knowledge bases.
• Self-taught skills that you take pride in, showcasing your love for learning.
• Fully remote / home-based working environment.
• Monthly salary range: PHP 40,000 – 45,000.
