• Create and enhance training programs tailored for various client personas, with an emphasis on adoption and effective use of features.
• Monitor training progress and adoption metrics in HubSpot, proactively mitigating any risks to client engagement.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure training content is current, including recorded walkthroughs and instructional guides.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing training programs based on adoption analytics and client feedback.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer training or education.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement structured training programs, tailoring content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot to monitor training progress and adoption rates.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex product features in a clear manner.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and processes.
