• Support merchants throughout the technical onboarding process and integrations.
• Provide first-level assistance for payment incidents (rejections, errors, configuration).
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to API REST integrations, transaction processing, and LATAM payment methods.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify issues.
• Log and track tickets, metrics, and KPIs.
• Escalate technical cases to product and engineering teams when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with non-technical profiles and collaborate with internal teams.
• English B2 level (primarily written).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B technical support, merchant services, technical integrations, or fintech/payments.
• Proven experience with payment gateways or PSPs.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs (as detailed in CV).
• Experience in companies like Mercado Pago or other local PSPs is desirable.
