This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
• Join our Retail Onboarding Team and take a pivotal role in attracting new retail customers.
• Gather feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Become knowledgeable in understanding the needs of our customers.
• Propel growth in our retail channel by managing the customer onboarding process.
• Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and tackle issues effectively.
• Reach out to customers to ensure the onboarding process is completed.
• Work collaboratively to create resources that enhance customer engagement.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Call Center role.
• Outstanding customer service abilities, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment for roughly 80% of the time.
• Technologically proficient, with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
• Adept at managing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Must be able to securely handle sensitive customer information.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions.
