β’ Join our Retail Onboarding Team and take a pivotal role in attracting new retail customers.
β’ Gather feedback to improve the customer experience.
β’ Become knowledgeable in understanding the needs of our customers.
β’ Propel growth in our retail channel by managing the customer onboarding process.
β’ Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and tackle issues effectively.
β’ Reach out to customers to ensure the onboarding process is completed.
β’ Work collaboratively to create resources that enhance customer engagement.
β’ Keep precise records of customer interactions.
β’ A high school diploma or its equivalent.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Call Center role.
β’ Outstanding customer service abilities, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment for roughly 80% of the time.
β’ Technologically proficient, with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
β’ Adept at managing multiple tasks at the same time.
β’ Must be able to securely handle sensitive customer information.
β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions.
