Client Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of client accounts

• Discover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service enhancement

• Engage in consultative discussions to identify changing client requirements

• Introduce additional service offerings that align with client objectives

• Keep precise account documentation, forecasts, and growth pipelines within CRM systems

• Work in conjunction with onboarding and operations teams to ensure client success

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in account management, client development, or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory

• Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales abilities

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and driven by goals

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities

• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is preferred
