This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Take ownership of onboarding strategies, schedules, and tasks involving cross-functional teams.
β’ Facilitate the gathering of crucial setup information, including system access, banking, payroll, and workflow requirements.
β’ Collaborate with internal leaders to guarantee that receiving teams are thoroughly equipped and that workflow expectations are well-defined prior to project completion.
β’ Continuously enhance our onboarding checklists, templates, and tools while proactively informing leadership of any potential timeline or scope challenges.
β’ Professional background in project management, implementation, professional services, nonprofit operations, or accounting operations.
β’ Outstanding organizational abilities.
β’ Strong communication skills.
β’ Familiarity with accounts payable, payroll, donation processing, or client service workflows is a significant advantage.
