Client Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of onboarding strategies, schedules, and tasks involving cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate the gathering of crucial setup information, including system access, banking, payroll, and workflow requirements.

• Collaborate with internal leaders to guarantee that receiving teams are thoroughly equipped and that workflow expectations are well-defined prior to project completion.

• Continuously enhance our onboarding checklists, templates, and tools while proactively informing leadership of any potential timeline or scope challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional background in project management, implementation, professional services, nonprofit operations, or accounting operations.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with accounts payable, payroll, donation processing, or client service workflows is a significant advantage.
