This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee onboarding activities with both customers and internal teams to facilitate a seamless implementation experience.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with dental practices through proactive communication, responsiveness, and advocacy for customers.
• Assist customers in navigating onboarding milestones, ensuring practices stay on course for a successful implementation.
• Handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while upholding a high standard of organization and attention to detail.
• Conduct virtual training sessions that cover Flex products and their workflows.
• Instruct customers on product features, best practices, and workflow optimization to encourage successful platform adoption.
• Provide continuous coaching and support to empower customers in using the Flex platform confidently.
• Customize training and communication strategies to align with the specific needs of each practice.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to facilitate resolutions and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Assist with customer support inquiries as business needs dictate.
• Relay implementation risks, customer feedback, and project updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on trends in the dental industry, as well as Open Dental updates and enhancements to the Flex platform.
• Identify ways to enhance onboarding processes, training materials, and the overall customer experience.
• Communicate customer feedback and insights from implementation to internal teams to aid in continuous product and process improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned that contribute to the company’s success.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, training, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience in the dental industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities at once.
• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to swiftly learn new technologies and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating across various departments.
• Preferred: Experience with Open Dental.
• Preferred: Experience with Flex Dental.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Preferred: Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs arise.
