This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the partnership management of one or multiple client accounts.
• Responsible for the growth and effectiveness of a Supplier Network through proficient supplier management, performance evaluation, communication, financial analysis, and metric tracking.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, and Sales to enhance network utilization and ensure customer and client satisfaction in alignment with company objectives and departmental strategies.
• Continuously develop and uphold a comprehensive supplier strategy for various service categories.
• Serve as the primary supply chain accountability point for one or more client accounts, fostering robust relationships with mobility contacts and Sirva personnel.
• Conduct end-to-end supplier management, which includes research, sourcing, selection, onboarding, ongoing analysis, price negotiations, contract management, and performance oversight.
• Generate customized supply chain reporting that aligns with the established strategic plan.
• Assist implementation and operations teams during the initial setup for dedicated accounts and future client project rollouts.
• Create client-specific best practice tools aimed at promoting global consistency in service delivery while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with relevant internal resources to oversee supplier performance and address any issues or escalations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• CRP, GMS, or CIPS certification is a plus.
• Native or fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supplier management, ideally within a global relocation business or a comparable industry.
• Familiarity with the relocation industry.
• Understanding of e-procurement systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills in both supplier and client environments, including the capacity to lead presentations.
• Skilled in decision-making, ethical considerations, values, and the ability to influence others.
• Results-driven with the capability to manage multiple projects and activities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on meeting deadlines.
• Process-oriented with the ability to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Competent in swiftly analyzing, identifying, and implementing opportunities and initiatives for enhancement and revenue growth.
• Proficient in researching companies to identify the best suppliers for various projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team; proactive in achieving results.
• Resourceful and constructive in responding to new demands, priorities, and challenges; knows when to escalate issues.
• Strong leadership qualities and relationship management skills.
• Awareness of cross-cultural and global issues.
