Client Manager, Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current commercial insurance clients

• Examine and assess insurance policies to guarantee suitable coverage and adherence

• Manage policy modifications, renewals, and endorsements for insurance accounts

• Perform risk assessments and deliver recommendations for risk management

• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers for policy placements

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to coverage

• Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and insurance obligations

• Prepare insurance documentation, certificates, and policy summaries

• Create and execute strategies for client retention

• Maintain precise client records and documentation within the CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is mandatory

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly in trucking/transportation insurance

• In-depth knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and their coverage

• Strong grasp of DOT regulations and compliance requirements in transportation

• Expertise in insurance policy management and risk evaluation

• Familiarity with CRM software and the MS Office Suite

• Exceptional account management and client service capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication

• Understanding of risk management practices within the transportation industry
