Client Experience Protection Junior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Independently overseeing operational and analytical responsibilities from goal setting through execution and outcome assessment.

• Collaborating with the client support team on Client Protection cases, relaying information to the Partner Support Team.

• Evaluating statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for quality enhancement.

• Formulating and executing client experience protection and quality strategies in partnership with the team and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assisting and managing partners within Bitrix CRM, including addressing complex and non-standard requests.

• Aiding in the enhancement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, documentation, internal guidelines).

• Partnering with internal teams to accomplish shared objectives related to efficiency and complaint resolution.

• Tracking account activities to identify and implement precise solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, and communication) - C1+

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication) - B1+

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Experience in negotiation, collaboration with contractors and partners, and managing claims.

• Confident in working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).

• Advanced user of Google Workspace.
