This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee new case management, renewal processes, and amendments.
β’ Identify opportunities to promote additional lines of coverage or enhancements to existing plans.
β’ Advocate for new product offerings and improved product features.
β’ Suggest plan modifications as necessary.
β’ Facilitate the enrollment and re-enrollment procedures, including conducting enrollment meetings or attending benefit fairs when required.
β’ Emphasize the benefits of partnering with The Standard in collaboration with the designated Sales Representative.
β’ Build and nurture meaningful, effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, Policyholders, and vendors).
β’ High School Diploma.
β’ A life and disability insurance license for all states within the designated office territory is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of client management experience in group benefits insurance.
