This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, consultants, brokers, and underwriters.
β’ Collect and analyze data, interpreting reports to guide rate decisions.
β’ Oversee the entire lifecycle of client accounts, providing policy and plan solutions.
β’ Negotiate renewal rates and create strategic alternatives for plans.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and profitability.
β’ 4-6+ years of experience in client management or related fields.
β’ Comprehensive conceptual and practical expertise within the Job Family.
