Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for designated clients.

• Ensure that nPlan meets the objectives set by customers.

• Organize and oversee onboarding processes, continuous engagement, and renewal efforts.

• Discover opportunities to strengthen connections and increase the utilization of nPlan.

• Establish and sustain trusted relationships within client organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in construction or infrastructure sectors.

• Minimum of 2 years in project management, project controls, or construction management, or over 3 years in construction technology or a related discipline.

• A comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling principles.

• Excellent communication abilities and the confidence to engage with stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting or leading initiatives for process changes.

• A customer-centric approach, with strong skills in relationship building.

• Outstanding organizational skills for handling multiple client engagements.
