Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive relationship with clients, ranging from implementation to daily problem-solving and renewal processes.

• Collaborate directly with sales executives during finalist presentations.

• Deliver presentations to prospective clients upon request.

• Provide support and service to 12–20 client groups, generating annual net revenue between $50,000 and $250,000+.

• Maintain senior management-level engagement with client Benefits, Human Resources, and financial personnel.

• Ensure the effective delivery of Luminare Health products and services to uphold client satisfaction.

• Engage in internal projects as necessary.

• Retain and expand the assigned portfolio of business.

• Assist the Regional Team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in the health insurance industry OR a High School diploma combined with 9 years of previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or health insurance environment with client-facing/client support roles.

• Familiarity with self-funding and employee benefit plans.

• Knowledge of benefit-related federal regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA.

• Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%.

• Results-driven and self-motivated individual.

• Proficient in engaging with senior-level executives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• State insurance license is preferred.

• Understanding of stop loss is advantageous.

• Remote employees must reside within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and New York.
