This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships as the primary liaison.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess project advancements, tackle issues, and align with client objectives.
• Address client concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Define, document, and convey client expectations to internal teams.
• Guide project teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, profitability, and outcomes.
• Track and meet KPIs related to client satisfaction, revenue goals, and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project coordination teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and communicate changes in scope while ensuring accurate documentation and billing.
• Manage project budgets and develop proposals that meet profitability standards.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and expanding services with current clients.
• Foster relationships with existing clients and establish new client partnerships.
• Contribute to business development efforts and identify new market prospects.
• Represent Fieldstone A&E at client meetings, industry events, and networking gatherings.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
• Participate in professional development evaluations for junior staff.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in production home building, project management, or a related sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in client presentations and public speaking.
• Advanced skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets while ensuring profitability.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control practices in architecture and engineering.
• Experience at the Manager/Supervisor level.
