Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in utilizing WhatsApp as a key performance channel and incorporating it into their growth strategies.

• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships, acting as the client's representative within our organization.

• Guide clients towards achieving quantifiable success on WhatsApp.

• Evaluate client performance metrics to create customized success strategies tailored to various industries, verticals, and use cases.

• Convert client use cases into actionable growth strategies that deliver measurable results through WhatsApp.
