Client Manager Associate – Core Market

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for client relationships within the 2–99 life segment.

• Foster client retention, growth, profitability, and overall satisfaction.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and brokers/consultants.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team on account management strategies.

• Align client needs with business objectives.

• Meet annual financial growth targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Background in account management or sales is essential.

• Experience in group insurance is an advantage.

• Strong customer service skills are necessary.

• Ability to analyze data to drive and implement renewal decisions.

• Proficient in consultative selling, negotiation, and the capacity to influence and persuade.

• Superior organizational and time management skills.

• Required to obtain industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through Continuing Education requirements.
