Client Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Client Insights Analyst plays a vital role within the Client Insights team, tasked with managing client engagement, fostering adoption, and providing strategic insights through Comscore’s syndicated data products.

• You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, converting Comscore data into actionable insights while working closely with Commercial, Client Services, and internal product teams.

• Lead the extraction, analysis, and validation of data for designated client accounts.

• Create high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word.

• Take ownership of proactive client engagement for assigned accounts, utilizing data insights to steer discussions and pinpoint value opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a 3 or 4-year college or university, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in Client Insights, Client Servicing, Client Success, Analytics, or Research.

• Prior experience in the Publishing, Media, Advertising, or Digital Analytics sectors is essential.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Power BI.

• Comfortable with internet technologies, digital platforms, and possess a fundamental understanding of online measurement concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong client relationships, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively in a remote, global setting.
