This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a professional brand representative by swiftly addressing client inquiries through chat, email, SMS, or phone. Deliver accurate information, resolve issues, and provide repayment guidance with empathy and clarity.
• Identify, actively promote, and cross-sell company products to qualifying customers during service calls, aiding in the achievement of overall business growth objectives.
• Assist clients with their payment arrangements and commitments. Encourage timely payments, clarify available relief options, and guide customers through essential documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Educate customers on loan processes, repayment alternatives, and company offerings, promoting additional products during service interactions when suitable.
• Keep precise and professional records in client systems. Conduct research using both internal and external tools, and coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or collections; excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on de-escalation, client resolution, and professionalism.
• A consistently distraction-free environment to foster a professional, client-oriented call atmosphere.
• Tech-savvy (MAC preferred), with the capability to perform basic math calculations for loan assistance and efficiently navigate business systems.
• Proven ability to listen attentively, resolve problems creatively, manage high call volumes under pressure, and collaborate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
