This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key letting agent partners, serving as their trusted advisor and primary contact.
• Ensure that agents grasp the commercial advantages of our free advertising and recognize the importance of submitting completed utility order forms as part of their lettings process.
• Propel revenue growth by integrating operational best practices within client teams, ensuring that staff are trained and processes are optimized to maximize form returns.
• Analyze client performance data, recognize trends, and proactively tackle gaps to enhance conversion rates and overall account success.
• Comprehend and influence the entire B2B2C journey, ensuring agents are prepared to assist student tenants with the utility ordering process as part of their lettings workflow.
• Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights, aiding them in understanding their impact and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with business development and support teams to effectively onboard new clients, ensuring their long-term success from the outset.
• Assist with marketing and technology projects, maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring all account information is current.
• Proven experience in account management or similar client-facing roles (e.g., Partner Success Manager, Growth Enablement Manager, or Client Performance Lead), emphasizing performance and commercial outcomes rather than mere relationship maintenance.
• Experience in facilitating revenue growth through process alignment and behavioral transformation within client organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to influence reselling behaviors and embed operational practices in B2B2C settings, preferably within property lettings, PropTech, or student accommodation sectors.
• Strong commercial insight with a history of driving revenue growth through client engagement and process enhancement.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, with a knack for leading client discussions and fostering behavioral change.
• Confident in managing difficult conversations and aligning stakeholders towards common objectives.
• Highly organized and data-focused, with the skill to analyze performance metrics and take decisive action.
• A collaborative team player who shares best practices and contributes to the collective success of the team.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based role that involves regular travel.
• Must reside in North East England with an appropriate home working setup.
• Willing to undertake frequent driving and possess a full, valid UK driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous (training will be provided).
