📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of client revenue management, including revenue and project cost recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, and management of balance sheet accounts related to your clients.

• Verify sales orders for accuracy and reasonableness, ensuring alignment with Client SOW/Contract documentation.

• Accurately generate, review, and dispatch client invoices in a timely manner.

• Facilitate client onboarding onto the finance system, ensuring all necessary data and documentation are properly filed.

• Maintain precise financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to guarantee prompt payments.

• Assist with month-end closing processes by accurately recording revenue and providing variance analysis between forecasted and actual results by the designated deadlines.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, including Account Management, Media, and Finance, to ensure accurate revenue forecasting for assigned clients.

• Support audits by providing requested documentation related to client financial transactions.

• Perform additional group assistance as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• SAIPA or ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.

• Over 4 years of experience in revenue recognition, sales order management, and accounts receivable.

• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Capability to manage confidential financial information with discretion and integrity.

• Familiarity with agency billing practices and experience in the media/marketing industry is advantageous.
