📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through both proactive and reactive engagements, outreach campaigns, and optimizing the processing of client requests.

• Work alongside a seasoned advisory team to cultivate and sustain robust long-term relationships with valued clients.

• Identify financial planning opportunities in advance, collect the necessary documentation for analysis, and organize delivery calls with the advisory team.

• Create essential documentation for key client and welcome call summaries to support advisory team meetings and introductions.

• Collaborate with advisory and specialist teams to pinpoint opportunities for increasing share of wallet and coordinate with the relevant parties.

• Ensure quality assurance of service requests to guarantee prompt and accurate execution.

• Lead client appreciation initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services or customer experience.

• Proven experience in client services roles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously; proactive self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills.

• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations must be obtained within specified timelines.
